Marczell Klein Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Marczell AI, wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital subscription services.
1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Less than 25% of the platform content has been accessed or consumed
- No more than 3 AI coaching sessions have been completed
- No hypnosis audio files have been generated or downloaded
After 7 days or once 25% or more of the content has been consumed, no refunds will be granted.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Refund eligibility for the current billing period follows the 7-day guarantee terms above (applies to first billing cycle only).
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase, subject to the same usage conditions outlined in Section 1. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining term.
4. Administrative Fee
A 10% administrative fee applies to all approved refunds to cover payment processing and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions past the 7-day refund window
- Accounts that have accessed 25% or more of platform content
- AI-generated hypnosis audio that has been generated or downloaded
- Deep Profiler sessions that have been completed
- Any bonus or promotional add-ons received with the subscription
7. Service Credits
In certain cases, we may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund, at our discretion. Service credits are non-transferable and expire within 12 months of issuance.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
9. How to Request a Refund

- Provide the date of purchase and your reason for requesting a refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
