Marczell Klein Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as Marczell AI, provides digital subscription services (behavioural profiling, coaching, and AI-generated hypnosis audio). Because the product is delivered as digital content that is consumed, generated, and personalised to you on first use, all sales are final. This page explains our cancellation, chargeback and service-credit terms so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before subscribing.
1. All sales are final
By subscribing to any tier, you acknowledge and agree that Marczell AI is non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated or goodwill refunds for partial use, mid-cycle cancellation, missed sessions, or change of mind. The product is generated and personalised from the moment you enter the platform.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via your billing provider. On cancellation:
- You retain full access until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew on the next cycle.
- No partial refund is issued for unused days inside the current cycle.
Cancellation takes two clicks and does not require a support ticket or onboarding call.
3. Service credits
In exceptional cases — billing error, duplicate charge, or a system fault that prevented use of the platform — we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits that can be applied against a future billing period. Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from issuance.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, suspend your account pending resolution, and refuse future service. We encourage you to contact support first; we resolve billing issues quickly.
5. Legally mandated refunds
Where local consumer law requires a refund or cooling-off period that overrides these terms (for example, certain EU/UK distance-selling regulations), we will honour that legal minimum. Contact [email protected] with your jurisdiction and order details and we will respond within 2 business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your subscription.
